Deck Description

Lifegain, with Felidar Soveriegn FTW!

It could use a little work but I am happy with it for the moment.

Deck discussion for Mono Sovereign

You may want to add in some shroud abilities like Whispersilk Cloak in order to protect against exile cards. Indestructibility is good, but it doesn't protect you from Oblivion Ring, Journey to Nowhere, Path of Exile, etc. Also, Wall of Reverence if you want awesome lifegain.

Yeah, you're right I'm going to drop Indestructibility completely in favour of Whispersilk Cloak. Not only does it offer protection but it makes that creature unblockable. So Celestial Mantle then Cloak would be a great combo. Thanks for the tip! I would like to work in Indestructibility somehow but at the moment I don't know what I want to remove.

What promise to really be fun, for a deck like this, are the new Totem Spirits from Rise of the Eldrazi...

I would recommend Rest for the Weary over Silence. Do you run Silence because you fear combo decks?

Also -- I second the recommendation for Wall of Reverence, maybe instead of Kor Cartographer (this deck shouldn't worry too much about acceleration). You might consider dropping the Allies entirely, which rely heavily on Ondu Cleric for successful lifegain.
