Couple cards that really don't do anything useful in this build. Fixes: -2 Jace's Erasure -2 Curse of the Bloody Tome -2 Neurok Commando -2 Inquisitor's Flail -1 Trepanation Blade +2 Ponder +4 Mana Leak +3 Butcher's Cleaver That should make your equips much more consistent and much nastier, as well as providing much needed draw power and negation power

Loxodon warhammer is my personal favorite equip so I would add some... maybe counterspells for extra protection but I think your deck is quite good. Please check my U/W deck I could really use some advices! http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=344633
