I've never understood Cumulative Upkeep as a strategic ability, in fact I see it as a sort of a downfall for many of the Ice Age set's cards. I enjoyed the rest of the deck however.

So you avoid cumulative upkeep by bouncing it and paying its full cost again?? This is benificial how exactly?
With the striped bears and arctic wolves, it allows you to draw cards when you bring them back into play. the cost of the bears is a bit high for a 2/2 but the draw ability compensates. the wolves being a 4/5 and having draw ability makes it a perfect compliment.
