This is an attempt to create a modern reanimator deck - similar in appearance to my Nightmare deck - using the cheapest cards possible.
The goal is to get Mirror-Mad Phantasm out and use his ability to mill your own deck. With luck, you'll dispose of your ludicrous, high cost creatures before pulling out another phantasm. These can later be reanimated with an Unburial Rites (which has a handy flashback). Tidehollow Sculler and Faceless Butcher work to control your enemy's hand and the battlefield respectively while Ornithopter takes hits. Gitaxian Probe, Diabolic Tutor, and Peer Through Depths will hopefully get you squared away with the cards you need before you start milling yourself. There's a lot of "if" and "hopefully" going on in this deck, which does not make it particularly competitive. But no one's going to see it coming.
