Based on the original Waking Nightmares precon from Torment, this is a themed nightmare horror deck - utterly ruthless and incredibly flavorful. I've been running it since 2004 (it's gone through many different incantations) and it continues to be my favorite deck.
Use Buried Alive to fill your graveyard with creatures (the most expensive ones, including Chainer) and pair with Songs of the Damned to ramp your mana (if no Dark Rituals are handy). Faceless Butcher keeps the field empty while Mesmeric Fiend cherry picks your opponent's best cards right out of their hand. Petravark and Petradon are also very handy for disrupting their mana production. When the time is right (hopefully within 5 or 6 turns), employ Living Death to wipe the board clean and resurrect your entire graveyard right onto the battlefield. Works well against most decks, especially any deck that relies on a steady buildup of powerful creatures, and is robust enough to even take on multiple opponents in a free-for-all.
