4 Goblin Electromancers with 8 cards they reduce the mana cost of sounds.. a bit inefficient..

I'm sorry but I'm a bit confused what you are saying.
Goblin Electromancer reduces cost of Instant and Sorceries only, and you have only 8 Instant or Sorceries that can be reduced in cost. In my opinion that is to few to use Goblin Electromancer in a good way.
