Using many methods to get Sliver Queen onto the field and setting up an infinity win condition. Add any other blues you want to fuel Force of Will to counter any spell counters. Start second, Tap and use any Lotus Petals/Gemstone Mines/ Gemstone Caverns. If needed, sacrifice Simians. Use Elamnri's Call if needed to get Protean Hulk into Hand. Use Flash, Summon all your Slivers. Game over. OR. Use all your Lotus/Gemstones/Sacrifices, Elamdari Sliver Queen/Basal/Shadow if needed. Play those 3 cards, Flash any if needed. Game over. Win condition cards: Flash, Protean Hulk, 1 or 2 of Lotus/Gemstone or 1 Lotus/Gemstone + 1 Simian Flash, Eladamri's Call, Atleast 2 Lotus Max 4, If 2 lotus, 2 simians Those are 1 turn only conditions, Probably much more if you take more then a turn. Hopefully you have a Force of Will with a Blue to blow if you get countered, if you don't; then your luck just really blows.

SLIVERS FTW!!!!
i once played a sliver deck similar to this, before we started playing i put a few of the slivers that gave all other slivers defender into my deck... it was tough but i ended up on top of that one
im not seeing your win condition with the hulk you can only pop out 1 sliver queen or get the mana to pump her with one hulk not both now if you want to see what the flash hulk can do try useing deciple of the vault and the artifact creatures that cost x to summon and come into play with x +1/+1 counters hint hint when x = 0 all the artifact creatures then die and it only takes 4 mana for the deciples
Protean hulk lets you slap down all of your slivers at once.
daemonlasher you are so stupid thats not what the ability lets you do it lets you play creatures with the mana only going up to 6 so lets say you have 10 slivers in your deck that all have 1 for their mana cost that means you can bring 6 of the ten out because thats what the hulk's ability lets you do!!!!
