sunstrike legionaire is pretty bad. im sure there are better 'tap target creature' spells in white. ajani veangeant promo is pretty cheap on star city games. i'd go with one of them.

Maybe so, but your missing the combo here... sunstrike legionaire + Elemental Mastery = Unlimited 1/1 Elementals with haste, and combo'd with soul warden = infinite health
