too many spells and not enuf creatures and you might want to put in lower costing creatures that dont suck as bad as those ones

i would suggest removing the consume spirits and replacing them with either corrupt or mutilate. 18 swamps would be plenty for anything but a deck based on akroma. Akroma, angel of wrath, akroma's memorial, etc.
