Deck Description

This deck is a clone of Infinitely Offensive Defenders by dainir.

With Fate Reforged coming out, Green received a defender that can deal damage at will, well rather cause your opponents to lose life at will. This has lead me to remake the deck listed above, but as blue and green. Previously I felt pushed to red to get the damage. However with Archer's Parapet in play now, I feel I can go into blue for more resilient creatures, and creatures that do more for the overall play of the deck.

The other card that has come out since the original version of this deck is Hornet's Nest. I love the combo this card can make see below.

How to Play

The goal of this deck is to get an infinite combo going with umbral mantle and axebane guardian or overgrown battlement.

Once that infinite mana combo is up, the umbral mantle can be re-equipped to archer's parapet or whichever creature is equipped with viridian longbow. Thus allowing you to tap for damage and then untap with the mantle.

This can happen by turn 4 if lucky.

Drift of Phantasms is an amazing card for this deck, as it allows you to transmute it for any part of the combo you need, Umbral Mantle, Axebane Guardian, or Lobber Crew.

Bonded fetch allows you to see more cards if for somereason your card just isn't coming.

Hornet's Nest with a virdian long bow is just awesome. You hit the nest once, create a hornet, attach the bow then kill your opponent's creatures at will.
