Deck Description

This is a modern budget deck. You basically aim to kill your opponent as quick as possible. This deck is based on a kinda old recipe I saw when RtR was in standard.

How to Play

The plan is kinda simple, you aim to play Goblin Electromancer on turn 2 and Nivix Cyclops on turn 3, then use Armed + Slip Through Space + Any 1 mana spell (Mizzium Skin if possible) to do a one turn kill.

Since that won't be the regular case, we have other options to keep pushing for lethal like Blistercoil Weird and Spellheart Chimera. Both of them will get benefits of your instants and sorceries.

A curious card here is Blast of Genius, since we have that many fuse spells the CMC for Blast's effect will be the total of both sides; in other words, play Blast and discard a Catch // Release to deal 9 damage.

-- Possible Changes --
Stormchaser Mage for Goblin Electromancer
Monastery Swiftspear for Blistercoil Weird
Kiln Fiend for Nivix Cyclops / Goblin Electromancer

Deck discussion for RU - Cyclops OTK

Have you considered using Kiln Fiend over Cyclops? I think it could be even quicker.

Kiln is faster, that's true, The problem is getting it, at least here where I live finding cards that old is kinda complicated. Looking some recent expansions this was the best list I could come up with.

Ah I see, if you are looking for cards I could suggest finding a local card shop or even check out tcgplayer.com
