warren instigator is made to let you drop big guys for free. you lack big guys. also the Vexing Shusher should be main bord. that thing is nutso. siege-gang commander is a great big guy to think about. and he's actually good late game with just about any goblin build because of the direct damage. i'd also suggest contested warzone, lightning bolt, and possibly quest for pure flame. all very solid cards. hope i've helped. :)

the land thing has never been a real issue. before besieged came out i was only running 14 actually. haha. having 2 is really nice but any more than that usually hurts by not being a burn spell or something.
i used to have Chieftain in the board but i never had enough land to play him. and i never really had a reason to bring him in. also, forked bolt is one of my favorite cards in the deck. haha. can't tell ya how many times i've killed lotus cobra with it and gotten a counter for quest.

the regeneration ability does nothing when it comes into contact with; journey to nowhere, unsummon, mystifying maze, condemn, and -1/-1 counters from any source. i love Skithiryx, but you might want a back up plan... cause they will find a way to get rid of him. also, him being the only creature in the deck that can attack will be problematic when they journey him. if he or your tutors winds up getting mana leaked you'll wind up with no win condition. you can stall as long as you want with the removal and such but eventually you won't have anything playable.
i'd say put in some wurmcoil engines, and probably a baneslayer or 2. both are very solid win conditions.
even a sun titan would help because you could get land out of your deck faster or use it for card draw.
the mimic vats can be fun but they're better in decks with more creatures. (funny idea, drop a sun titan in a mimic vat. then he will enter the battlefield and attack on the same turn. you'd get 2 things back. haha.)
i'd think about grave titan too. he's a beast.
you'll probably want to think about putting some revoke existence in your sideboard.
anyway, i like that you're being original. it looks like it would definitely be fun to play but i'd just warn you to think about the many terrible things that could happen to completely shut down the deck.
blue white would kill it in its current state. i've been looking for anything to kill that stupid deck.
anyway, thats just my input for now.
some of this might have sounded rude. i didn't intend it that way. haha. let me know how it works for you in the tournament and who knows maybe i'll eat my words. haha.

i saw a variant of this deck. it was 4 color and ran tainted strike instead of assault strobe. i like yours better. its more strait forward and probably works better.
