Deck discussion for Into the frying pan

Flametongue Kavu seems completely out of place in this deck; so wondering if there was any particular reason for him being in here.
A really nice quick aggro deck; due to the low cost required to cast most of these creatures, to get some damage in quicker, teetering peaks might be a nice land to use.
Also with the new cards the red praetor might be a nice end game card for this deck maybe to replace the kavu

Well, the Kavu in fact is a powerful card: for 4 mana I get a 4 power creature that can get rid of one big creature of my opponent.
The power boost from Teetering Peaks is a good idea for the deck, but I believe that it could slow my game. But I could try and test it adding a pair.
I assume you're referring to Urabrask. The truth is that the deck is very fast, and by the turn I'm able to cast Urabrask the game should be almost decided.

ya and thats what i was thinking, if this deck clears up the game before urabrask, then no need to put it in. then another suggestion might be fling, just for when you're close to a kill and can't quiet get there due to blockers

Yeah right, Fling could be a good win con with Mongrel.
