71 cards ? Too much land less creature would be good I allways put like 17-18 land on a one colors deck ... Anyways cost lot too much cards ... reduce land and creatures should be a good idea

I think you should stick with tour lands, 23-24 is often pretty solid.

its very cool, but how does it win? majority of your creatures are week, and you are more likely to deck youself with all of the drawing. dont get me wrong, its a fun-looking deck, but it might need a more evident win-condition.
if you go first then ur opponents cant play anything more than 2 cmc with temporal adept which means they have to keep discarding n also after bout 5-6 turns u can counter most other things and ur having more turns thanks to the lighthouse so then (in your extra turns) tap all your wizards and use supreme inquisitors ability to exile the main cards from there libary and return all their lands with temporal adept so then their always on their 1st turn and if you exile all their lands theres nothing they can do lol or exile all their best spells/creatures. look at all the wizards and spells individually n you'll see exactly what i mean its a really mean and annoying deck
