There is not enough Mardu running around in today's Standard so I thought I would make a Mardu deck that isn't simply Aggro or Midrange
Get some small dudes onto the field with Bloodsoaked Champion, Raise the Alarm and Hordeling Outburst. Keep some small dudes around to trigger the raid on Howl of the Horde, then use it to combo powerful control spells such as Crackling Doom or Utter End. Can also use Howl of the Horde to combo out some burn with Lightning Strike or Arc Lightning
