Deck Description

The general goal of this deck is to control all player's life totals...I was working on an extremely abbreviated budget (of which iona, linvala and athreos took up most of it) and an even more limited supply of cards (both mine and for trades). This was the result. It resembles similar decks friends of mine have played somewhat as well as some decks I found online but in the end this was really the best I could come up with given my resources. It can at least in theory, hit hard fairly early game paving the way for divinity of pride (would have more if not for budget constraints) and it has the potential for late game domination with iona , sorin and debt to the deathless being a means for a win condition given the right circumstances.

Deck discussion for W/B Life Control/aggro?

if you want b/w life gain/ life drain you can do so much better look up b/w extort creatures add sanguine bond and exquisite blood with crypt ghast as the core drop the high mana stuff

That does sound nice however I was working with an extremely limited budget and supply (this pretty much sums up all of my decent rare b/w cards and my friends' stock as well). The initial intent was to go for a more control based deck as well as to play a bunch of cards that I had always wanted to play but had never been able to get my hands on. It should be noted that I play strictly casual (only been in a mtg shop once or twice for varied reasons).
