It looks like mill with some goblins. Maybe by replacing this pseudo-goblin tribal with damage could do well, but than it's just Grixis mill. The Electromancers are a good touch to work with the Mind Grinds, although Breaking//Entering would suit this sort of deck over a mind sculpt. Those are my thoughts.
