Deck Description

Lorwyn/Morningtide based Merfolk-Mill deck. Primary objective is to mill the opponent's deck although a military victory is also possible. Basic strategy is to distract your opponent though the milling while building up a steadily growing army. Defense will be based primarily on the white Merfolk, strength in numbers via the Schoolmaster and abundance in life via the Judge. Key cards would of course be the Drowner (for milling, duh) and the Reejerey (for endurance and speed) , so you will need to get them out as soon as possible, via the Harbinger if needed. The Thief and the Market are here to seal the deal by turning the Mill faster. Sygg is here to offer some protection for target based spells (i.e. Doom Blade) and Sage's Dousing to counter the nasty game-changing spells (i.e. Day of Judgment). Added the Oblivion Rings for all-around removal.

A sample excellent draw would be: Wanderwine Hub, 2 Islands, Merrow Reejerey, Stonybrook Banneret, Drowner of Secrets, and Grimoire Thief.

Deck discussion for Mermill

This is pretty interesting. I like this one alot & you're right, with the right draw on cards this would be a fun deck off the bat. Pretty good combination of cards & well engineered. I think it'd be a blast to play against personally & see if I could survive your mill strat.

Excellent job boss, I give ya 8.9 Stars! I wouldn't mind a review & rating on one of my deck's under my profile either.
