I run a similar deck and i found it was too mana specific. I'm thinking about removing Battlewise Hoplite for more white cards or adding a few dual land. And i removed Triton Tactic from my deck. With 4 Aqueous Form i don't need much of the Hoplite scry plus i use God's willing,
You could use Hidden Strings or trait doctoring.
