The first thing that strikes me is. Where is Doom Blade? Besides that it looks fine to me. And you might consider adding some sort of tutor instead of slaughter pact, I think it is better to increase the chance of you getting the planeswalker in play and the slaughter pact somewhat cripples you next turn after using it.

Slaughter pact save my life a lot of time with this deck.(i keep it for extreme situation) The 50% of my win is not beacause Liliana Vess.
Looks good, but Lililanas ability is really hard to trigger, maybe try the buried alive + exhume combo, check out my reanimate deck for ideas.
