I think you are using the wrong Ajani I recommend Ajani, Mentor of Heroes the +1 is crazy OP three +1/+1 counters per turn also you don't need to double drop plains to cast him.

Also you should consider Trostani, Selesnya's Voice, the populate would work really well with the amount of token creatures this deck runs.

It feels more like an Izzet deck with a splash of green, I think if you just focused on the Izzet side you could get a much more focused deck using cards like Melek, Izzet Paragon, Izzet Guildmage or Izzet Chronarch.

Also you could consider Izzet Charm as a cheap counter spell.

If you are pulling Nalaar and price isn't an issue you really can't go too far past Sarkahn, the Dragonspeaker otherwise a cheaper but heavy hitting card would be purphoros, god of the forge.

He works especially well with young pyromancer so maybe sideboard him and bring him in when you bring in young pyromancer?

The only thing left that I would consider is a mana heavy card maybe a variable burn like Crater's Claws, Bonfire of the Damned or Comet Storm in place of Act on Impulse.

I really like how your deck is looking it would probably be a lot of fun to play win or lose (Hopefully Win)

Make sure you do take a look at legion loyalist I really think he would be a great addition to this deck.

Maybe crystal quarry or fist of suns could work well in this deck.

Yeah that's pretty much how I deal with decks that play a lot of removal.

You should consider some dual lands like sacred forge, temple of triumph, boros guildgate or battlefield forge.

Legion Loyalist would work a treat in this deck you should definitely look at it.
Frontline Medic could be good too.
Boros battleshaper is expensive but can be handy same with Aurelia the warleader.

Thanks if you could let me know how she deals with removal that would be great.
I usually sideboard some spells like negate or stubborn denial and save my temur charms for countering spells.

Yeah Krenko's Enforcer is cool but only if they aren't playing red and I have seen a hell of a lot of jeskai and temur and all sorts of decks lately that are playing enough red to just make this a 3 drop for a 2/2 which is kind of pricey I would consider sideboarding him and bringing him in against non red decks.

Yeah they're expensive but I would say they are worth it its either a 1 drop 4 burn or a 4/3 creature, they're probably my favourite red card.

Also I was thinking against some decks you might get overwhelmed by tokens or creatures so maybe sideboard 4 young pyromancers to swap in for your swiftspears if you find that happening.

Also possibly consider Chandra, Pyromancer over Chandra Nalaar.
It has a slightly cheaper mana cost
It's +1 deals damage to a creature and player and its ultimate deals less damage overall but has the potential to deal more damage to your opponent.
So its not as good at Crowd Control but its an option to consider.

Let me know if I am starting to bother you with this I just love picking apart and rebuilding decks I do it to my own all the time.

Pharagax Giant, Archetype of Aggression and Cyclops of Eternal Fury are cheap creature cards that I would consider.

Pharagax is either a 5/5 for 5 which is decent or a 5 damage burn spell and a 3/3 which is nice too.
Archetype of Aggression is a 3 drop something that is currently lacking in your deck which gives all your creatures trample and denies your opponent trample.
Cyclops of Eternal fury is expensive and not overly strong but he does give all your creatures haste so maybe he would be worthwhile to pick up the pace of the deck?

Fated Conflagration is a relatively cheap burn spell (0.25) with a cheapish mana cost that deals 5 damage and lets you scry 3 it might not be maindeck worthy but against certain decks it could have a lot of value so maybe sideboard?

Also maybe Ordeal of Purphoros? Its a decent pump card with the benefit of burning also.

I don't want to steal the steam of your deck but have you considered Vexing Devil? and possibly Dual Casting? I'm not sure about dual casting but Vexing Devil feels like it would sit really nicely in your deck.

Boros guildgate over battlefield forge or sacred foundry?

Am I missing something? This deck doesn't seem like it is capable of dealing any damage to your opponent at all.

I would suggest Rancor over colossal might but it doesn't return to your hand after each use, it is an enchantment so it returns to your hand if the creature you enchanted dies.

Definitely consider Stomping Grounds and Wooded Foothills.

Also possibly Rancor.

Have you considered Searing Blaze over Shock? With its landfall effect you can deal both 3 damage to a creature and 3 damage to the player for only one more mana.

Did you consider Borderland Marauder as opposed to foundry street denizen? Its got a slightly higher mana cost but its ability effectively makes it a 3/2 when you attack.

Also Everflame Eidolon has much the same effect as Dragon Mantle as well as being a creature admittedly it is more expensive but I think you could potentially make room for it maybe trading out two Dragon Mantles for them?
