I'd recommend cutting Abundant/Fertile Ground. With all the sorcery ramp you have in this deck they're kind redundant: they achieve the same purpose, but they do it worse. When you do add lands, you'll want mostly Forests. That said, add some cool shit to fetch up a Mountain or two and make sure you always have access to red.
