I would suggest cutting the Curse of Stalked prey, only because I've tried back in Innistrad block to make a deck like this work, and it seemed that at a 2 drop, I would much rather had a burn spell or another creature to drop in place of that enchantment.

maybe 4 guttersnipes and cut 2 staticasters? I also feel that counterflux would be better replaced by syncopate or dissipate, your choice. Not only do they exile the spell, but the option for overloading counterflux isn't really there in standard.
Are you using the Chemister as a card draw engine only? Personally with having some success playing him in a limited deck, with a mix of high and low cmc cards for 'fodder' for the Chemister to pitch you can establish great board presence.
why no desperate ravings?
Might as well add all of the phyrexian spells, like gitaxian probe, vapor snag, gut shot, mutagenic growth etc.
