Deck discussion for W Enchants

commune with the gods from theros would be a nice addition :) or now that I think of it, heliod, to use the spawn clerics ability to trigger those enchantment effects - sure the 2ww is a bit harsh, but I guess it is as good as it gets in standard/modern.

Commune with the Gods is a good idea, not sure i want to splash green, though. Heliod would great, too. Didn't realize the cleric token where enchants, too.

use the populate enchantment from selesnya... forgot the name... damnit! uses the white... it helps with heliod devotion

Disagree and agree.
Add Gift of Orzhova, but don't lose Gift of immortality. Instead take out 2 pacifism

I thought about Gift of Orzhova, and it was tempting. But, the reason I wanted to go with Immortality was because if it attaches to an enchant creature, and it dies, it will trigger bringing two enchantments into play triggering Ajani's Chosen and Blightcaster.
As for removing pacifisms, I probably can't. It's essentially removal, and counts as an enchant for Ethereal Armor, Ajani's Chosen, Blightcaster, Auramancer

it is so easy to get around gift of immortality. it doesnt REALLY do anything against many decks. sure, it brings a dude back for the turn, and IF that dude survives, then it gets to come back itself, but there is so much removal in the format right now that its not great. also, its ability only allows you to keep pace with card advantage by making them 2-for 2 your dude instead of getting a 2 for 1. its pretty weak, at best, imo.

Looking at it, I'm not sure if it's likely you'd have enough devotion to take full advantage of "Erebos, God of the Dead". "Blightcaster" is nice, but "Agent of the Fates" with the two black mana might help with devotion and provide a more lethal result from an enchantment.

However, personally I don't feel the black component in the deck is nearly advantages enough. I'd suggest removing it entirely. The dual colour land, if you already have them great otherwise they're both expensive money wise and could slow you down quite a bit when they keep entering tapped.

I was building a deck with certain similarities, most notably playing on the benefits "Ethereal Armor" and "Sphere of Safety" offer with the Enchantment creatures.

The Fiendslayer Paladins and Frontline Medics are really strong cards but they're so expensive, I'd love to find a suitable alternative if you know of something?

I've thought about this, too. The inspiration for the deck was actually Treasury Thrull, yet it resides in the sideboard. The entire idea was as a budget deck, but it's slowly moving away from that. I was hoping to use Bestow creatures as my auras (with the exception of ethereal armor and gift of immortality because they both kick so much ass). This way avoiding being 2-for-1'ed constantly. I found it easier to accomplish with two colors, but the more I think about it, the more i think I can do to get away with one color.

Erebos is just fine as an indestructible enchantment that shuts off their Archangel of Thune and Whip of Erebos. not to mention any other lifegain. plus the card draw is awesome in a color combo toat doesnt have much of it.

as someone suggested above i think you should add some removal, or at least side-boarding them.
Doom blades, Hero's Downfall and something for opponent's enchantments aswell!
