My suggestions would be Crumbling Ashes and/or Blowfly Infestation (that's a matter of taste, though). Flamekin Harbinger and Manaforge Cinders are nice 1st round drops. And Blightning is nice in any R/B deck. Oh, and I'd cut the Quietus Spikes.

Quietus Spikes has been game winner in many situations! The Blowfly Infest has a set back if I take out their last creature, but the Crumbling Ashes i will consider, but it also has a set back if one of mine has a -1/-1 counter on it. The one drops aren't bad, but don't have the abilities I'm looking for.
