seems tough to do with this build but looks fun. i would maybe drop the whelp and think about rakdos pit dragon. also u could think about being that guy by adding in some cruciable of fires lol.

Turn two covetous dragon if im lucky a turn three 14/14 kilnmouth dragon. With three dragons still in my hand. If I drop an alter I could mill twenty cards. I like the fact that the whelp flies.
eh still seems tricky to pull it all off. just drawing several sample hands its tough to get it just right in time. like the concept though.
I'd recommend 'Rite of Flame' to get this speeded more up and 4 x Ruby Medallion's wouldn't hurt Covetous either; )

I removed the rubys years ago. This deck may get beat down to two life but then kill you over & over.
Whats your take on 'Gut Shot'? I was thinking of adding it to my nuke-deck for 'Storm' purposes
