Elf decks are supposed to be cost efficient. All your cards need to be 3 converted mana cost or less. If you really want to push it then only have 1-4 cards over 3 mana. Finlay, use 16 lands including 1-4 nonbasic lands.
Thats a little better. Take your time to look at other green cards though. Still needs a bit of tweaking.
