Evoking creatures that's already in the graveyard with Bloodbond March out is the idea here. Eternal Witness and Footbottom Feast should keep a creature in your hand most of the time.(Play Eternal Witness to return Footbottom Feast) If I'm rite, Brighthearth Banneret should make the evoke cost cheaper.
