I like the Paradox Haze. If you can get your hands on a couple Doubling Seasons, this deck would be a monster. You might also want to consider Thelon of Havenwood so that your fungi will be a bit scarier if you can't put saprolings in for some reason (mass creature removal, damage to all creatures, Bad Moon/Evincar).

nice deck but about the U mana i think so too. i'd add 2 simic growth chambers or better some vivid marsh for that
