Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!

Sprout Swarm is key here. Both Nettle Sentinel and Midnight Guard untap when you play Sprout Swarm, so keep them for convoke. Intangible Virtue grants vigilance, allowing me to attack and convoke. Ready should help to keep everything alive. It also allows for more convoking of Sprout Swarm.

I don't personally know much about modern competitiveness, but this seems really very good indeed. The untapping creatures for convoke buyback is a beautiful touch. I would say possible a little lacking in win cons, but then Pallid Mycoderms should sort you out there (which I've just noticed). Psychotrope Thallids may help with drawing into your required cards, that's about the only thing I can see. And finally, as always with a tokens deck, there's always room for Doubling Season :P
