Guilds of Ravnica brought us a some decent mono white Soldiers in Haazda Marshal and Sunhome Stalwart. And a good number of Ixalan's white vampires are Soldiers too. So soldier tribal is a viable strategy, or so I believe.
Regular White Weenie strategy. Get a bunch of cheep creatures out, pump them, and attack.Raident Destiny and Pride of Conquerors are the chosen pump and one reason for the tribal theme. Getting the City's Blessing shouldn't be too difficult, especially because of the token production from Haazda Marshal. Sunhome Stalwart is another way to make some smaller soldiers a little bigger.
