Make the opponent lose life for getting creatures (Blood Seeker / Suture Priest); attacking with creatures (Hissing Miasma / Batwing Brume / Souls of the FaFaultless); and / or having creatures (Stronghold Discipline). If the opponent doesn't have any creatures, give him / her some with Forbidden Orchard and / or Mercy Killing. Use fogs to live a little longer.

-2 Sleeper Agents, -1 Contaminated Bond, +3 Mercy Killing?I approve of mainboarding Mercy Killing, but I miss Sleeper Agent :3 He was such a fun dilemma to throw at your opponent.
