Deck Description

Deck revolves around Kaya, Orzhov Usurper. Lots of board wiping to clear things out and put stuff in yard. Remorseful Cleric is there to ice an opponent's yard real quick. All creatures are flying to add a level of aggravation for people who don't prepare their defense against a large flying force. Angel of Grace is good for flashing in as a response or EoT and preserving your life when you exile her from your own yard (gotta pay that 6 mana though).

Mortify is good to get rid of any annoying enchantments that are locking your things down.

Additionally, there's no need for more spot removal for creatures since there's so much board wipe going on. Having only x3 Mortify as opposed to x3 Demystify gives flexibility for chewing annoying creatures when board wipes aren't in hand, hence no Cast Down or other spot-removals.

Cry of the Carnarium exiles anything it kills that turn.

Despark blows up anything big and threatening at instant speed.

Kaya's Wrath destroys all creatures. Sac Remorseful Cleric to speed up the exile process of their yard whenever you see fit.

Luckily, Kaya's ultimate ability is based on ALL cards the opponent owns in exile and not just ones she has exiled with her +1/-1 abilities.

This is a work in progress but I am enjoying the current state of this deck. Any productive feedback in the comment section is obviously welcome.

Deck discussion for Orzhov Exile (5/14/19)

What do you think about Vraska's Contempt instead of Conclave Tribunal? Even though Vraska's Contempt hits only planeswalkers and creatures it is in an instant and the effect is permanent. Or maybe Ixalan's Binding?

Not a bad idea. Conclave is also something that can be targeted and removed by the opponent. Contempt really puts the creature/walker away for good. Conclave can target other enchantments and has convoke which is why I like it. Contempt is definitely a good card that could work here.
