As I suggested in your last Deadreckoning deck, you should probably add Niv-Mizzet, Draco-Genius. He's a great offense and draw engine.

i would put him in in place of hypersonic dragon cuz u only play 1 sorcery
- 4 Hypersonic Dragon+4 Thundermaw Hellkite-2 Utvara Hellkite+2 Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius+4 Cavern of Souls (high cmc, so you can safely play Dragons)It's a midrange deck: you need something for reset yhe board... Mizzium Mortars or AEtherize.You should find a place to Warden of Evos Isle, too
i dont want to use thundermaw in this deck he just doesnt go with what i wanna do. he is a kill on his own and this is to use scourge more as the win. idk ill think about genius i feel he would be a touch bulky even with the hypersonic out. now the other suggestions i do like. i was having trouble thinking of other things the deck could use. http://cardgametalk.blogspot.com/

bonefire is always nice to have as a board wipe. At least side board. Also slumbering dragon is a pretty good card and I would think about using faithless looting. Also since your maxing out at 6 because Utvara your just hoping to run into late l i would think about going to 24-25 land because of the draw power.

drop the hellkites for 2 more think twice tbh.if not, at least change them to thundermaws.turn//burn would also go great in this deck and you should have at least 2 i would say.
