I decided to make a goblin deck with one rule in mind: every single card in the deck, aside from lands, must either be a goblin, have the world goblin somewhere in the text of the card (including flavor text), or must have the art of a goblin on it. The result was a pretty fun and silly deck that actually works pretty well. I haven't playtested it enough yet, I will be swapping some cards in and out, potentially this deck needs more anti-flying, and could probably use some Goblin Lackey / Warren Instigator and card drawing action. Right now the goblins can't really be drawn fast enough to play them.
