Why black? night hawk, and blood gast is good and all but there are better cards you could use. Black green are good colors to draft in a core set like m10 but i think you can come up with a better set up for this deck. why not try red or white instead of black and still use the Verdant Catacombs for double land fall. The Khalni, Growths, and Harrows are not needed it's a good idea needs to be fine tuned a bit. Take a look at mine, same colors and has Eldrazi in it still but runs smoother. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=36587
