Thank you for not naming it Infinite Exhort. I hate it when people name the Exquisite Vizkopa loop that, because there isn't a way to make a infinite trigger loop.

Ok. Really cool idea, but the only think that keeps it from being able to be played on any level, is the guild gates. Either replace them with basic lands, or with the shock/dual lands from the last 4 sets.

Since this is a budget deck, you can still use Corpsejack Menace. Its only like a buck a piece, so its not expensive.

Those are some interesting Deck names that you got there. My advice, choose something a bit less immature.
