Rhox Faithmender/Trostani combo makes for a nice amount of lifegain. Buffing creatures with enchantments to ensure the muscle needed to win.
Play ramp early, Trostani/Rhox Faithmender are my initial goals. Followed by buffing up a faithmender, to hit for maximum life, or gain just bringing in creatures, and Seanceing if they are removing your creatures, and populate the tokens with Trostani.

Not sure about enchantments... Probably should take out some of the and put Selesnya charm in, since enchantments aren't effective against removal. Other than that, life gain is really nice, good deck.
