By piling counters on Magistrate's Scepter, you can take turn after turn to your heart's content. What should you do with all that time? Why not stick pins in them until they are down to zero with Stuffy Doll. Or, if you are feeling particularly lazy, just sit back and power up the Reactor.

Seems a little fragile for legacy. Whats your plan for the T2, show and tell blightsteel? Because right now that deck is around allot. Also the budget deck of the format death and taxes seems to be a good matchup for you, seeing as it runs a playset of wastelands.I'm not knocking the deck, or saying its awful, its just you put the legacy tag on there, so I assume its meant to be played against other legacy decks.
