This deck circumvents that cost with the use of Progenitus Staff. With the Staff and Nuisance Engine you'll be bringing out one of your big, blue friends every turn. If you can manage to have the Staff, the Engine, Mirari and enough artifact mana with a Turnabout in hand, you can put out 44 trampling power out all at once! Your waves can slow down your opponent along with Turnabout.
