Deny resources from your opponents while you draw cards thanks to life gain and Lich. If I understand correctly, the life loss to Pox will not require you to sacrifice permanents to Lich since it is not causing damage (life loss vs damage). Discarding cards shouldn't hurt you as bad if you have a huge hand. Redundant copies of cheap artifacts can sustain your Lich should you need to sacrifice. Baubles regain you land and Elixir ensures you won't deck yourself. Finally, a large hand full of zero cost spells will allow you to finish them off with Tendrils of agony.
