With Paradox Haze, Tetravus can expel his counters and exile to regain his counters all in the same turn. With Lumengrid Sentinel, each time those counters are put onto the battlefield, they tap anything they like. Energy Chamber and Proliferate increase the fun and the Orbs keep things relatively locked down. After your Tetravus has grown, attack for the win.
