I like the colors of Rakdos, but a suggestion I might make is to venture outside of the RtR block. I just made a Rakdos, Lord of Riots EDH deck and its not perfect but it has a lot of cards that aren't from the RtR block...in fact..it only uses about 5 cards from there.http://mtgvault.com/unearthlysmity1/decks/rakdos-harbinger-of-hell-2/

we really just wanted to use cards we had laying around that otherwise wouldn't play with. it's just for casual play, but i'll look at some of the older stuff that's cheap. we're definitely not going to spend a ton of money on our EDH's decks.
