Nice! +1I'd try Monastery Swiftspear over your Goblin though. Or Legion Loyalist. And with the sac elements of Ball and Devil, try Brimstone Volley.

Have you thought of replacing Ball of Lightning with Hellspark Elemental? The Unbury cost of 2 is pretty good. Then again BoL has better initial damage and threat.
Ball Lightning is more power for less but you can not cast it tow times. so the tie breaker was which art is better.
