Deck discussion for Self Land Sacrifice!

poeple are going to love this deck :)

PS: most casual players won't allow 4 stripmine. It's either restricted or banned in every tournament legal format because it's just to strong. Playing 1 is usually what is accepted in casual because of the vintage restriction rule.

thanks for the comment. I know the limitations, but it is supposed to be just a fun deck I play with friends. We'll see what they say. In a pinch, I'll revise it and put cards like "Crop Rotation" , "Realms Uncharted" or "Sylvan Scrying" to search my library for "Strip Mine".

Crop rotation is indeed one of the best tutors for land. You should concider Expedition Map as a second option, it's probably better then Realms and Scrying.

What about Orcish Lumberjack, I've been wanting to use him again for a long time now and in your deck he seems wel placed.

T1 Mountain, Orcish Lumberjack
T2 Forest, tap mountain, tap forest, tap lumberjack to sac forest = 5 mana. There's potential there for brokenness!!!

Greater gargadon and restore balance is a nice idea. But my plan is to destroys all lands my opponent control and then play "Tyrant of Discord". In this way he must sacrifices all his permanents and not just creatures!

Nice deck, great idea. Do you really need that great amount of mana to add the cobra? There are cards that can be far more interesting considering your deck, like the Vinelasher Kudzu, that can grow monstrously on this deck.

If you have the time I would appreciate if you could see my deck, also a G/W mana ramp based, although the strategy is different:
