This is a combo a friend and I came up with. While toying with the idea of Prototype portal, I thought of the idea of copying a land. That became a loop, but it broke when we figured out we had misread a card. We then decided the idea was far to valuable to be thrown away. After a few hours of work, we finnaly patched the break in the loop. The way this deck is used is quite simple. When you cast Prototype portal, you imprint a 0 cost creature. By the time you have Prototype Portal, you should have Grinding Station out. The next turn, cast Dross Scorpion. The loop is complete. Using the creature tokens of Prototype Portal, sacrifice to Grinding Station. When they go to the graveyard, use Dross Scorpion to untap Prototype Portal. Repeat as desired.
