Hrmm... Only concern would be the lack of mnemonic walls, I think that they would be helpful in a deck such as this.

I actually think I'm going to try and see how this deck might fair without elspeth. Even without her -5, the mass kill spells can wipe the field for luminarch to be used for maximum efficiency.
Replace her with 3 of the walls. And by mnemonic walls I meant wall of omens, though I think you knew that.
