Dunno 'bout some cards. Maybe should replace some red allies by soldiers and spell like Honor of the pure or another Captain of the watch or some Veteran Swordsmith.

No Kazuul Warlord? That is a huge mistake. He is necessary in any ally deck that incorporates Red. Also, having only 1 of a creature is not really effective if you're trying for consistency in your deck. I would suggest taking out Ondu Cleric and putting in another Berserker. You also have way too many spells in this deck. Allies should focus on getting creatures out more than playing spells. I would thin out your spells in favor of more creatures. Take a look at my R/W Ally deck. It's been doing immensely well in the games that I've played with it.
