The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Chili Mac: Chili + Mac. Chili- beans in a stew, Mac- slang for the boss.Of note: the missing three cards are all Quantum Riddlerhttps://scryfall.com/card/eoe/72/quantum-riddlerPlaying around with bant Up the Beanstalk tempo control and taking advantage of some extra synergy as the shell happens to fit with Phelia.Obviously Phelia's blink ability is abusable as can be, but it fits like a god damn puzzle piece with the Up the Beanstalk mechanic. Being able to blink away Beanstalk itself nets you the cantrip with no detriment while pumping Phelia, so not only do you go up in material, you pump a fielded wincon. Then there's the Riddler. It trips Beanstalk on the way in, then Phelia can blink it so it sticks around and draws AGAIN. And because Phelia has Flash, which is ludicrous, you get to play around with the following optimal play pattern:Turn 2- drop your land and passOpponent's turn 2/3- endphase Flash in PheliaTurn 3- play Beanstalk/Riddler, attack with Phelia and blink away Beanstalk/RiddlerWith the Beanstalk, you're at +2 with a 3/3 beater. With Riddler, you're at +2 with a 3/3 beater and a 4/6 flying battering ram that doesn't Warp away, which is a three-turn clock.Since you really really want to use your turns 2 and 3 doing this, Force and Daze are there to back you up since you won't have any mana available (in theory). The rest is standard Beanstalk shenanigans and Tamiyo gaming.Feedback appreciated.

Honestly I would go 4x on The Rizzler, perhaps even cutting a Beanstalk given the current metagame. That's what BUG Beans has been doing for a few months now (fewer beans not more rizz). Though that deck is much slower, but also does not have that dog in it, so I am not sure how it all works out.Big fan of this pile though, one of the 3 exciting things I have seen in legacy this calendar year.

The more I look at Phelia, the more I think it's just stupid good. I also think it sort of breaks the color chart, as white isn't really supposed to have TOO many flash control critters (and they've already got good ones). But oh well, nothing we can really do about it.I can see the argument for more Rizz than Bean. I'm not quite sure how it will shake out either.
Actually, maybe I am full of shit. For one, the dog is legendary, so going all in on it can backfire sometimes. For another, the rizzler is more or less purely a card advantage beater, with odd exceptions for blocking Urza's Saga constructs etc. Perhaps 3 & 3 or some 3/4 split is correct. This is honestly something you'd have to test extensively.
