first of all, the format this deck was built for requires 99 cards and a general. second, you are only allowed to have one of each card in this format excluding basic lands. so learn your formats noob

Ok i'll explain in a less insulting way.... This is a format called EDH (Elder Dragon Highlander) In this format you have a General that you can play at any time for its mana cost. In the rest of your deck you can have one of each card excluding basic lands. The cards in your deck must correspond to your generals colors. Also for every time you play your general it will cost two more colorless mana to play. Your general MUST be a legendary creature as well. The maximum number of card you can have in the deck is 99(excluding general). This format puts a new twist on the game that can be both fun and confusing because you'll see cards that you've probably never seen before being used.
